so today i was working on a choose your own adventure game(one of my favorite type of adventure games) and in it you’re near a crossroads and choose where to go its not finished yet since i want to make more paths but here’s some of the code and screenshots and the video i used

 answer = input("you reach a crossroads, would you like to left or right").lower()
        if answer == "left":
            answer = input("you encounter a monster, would you like to run or attack")
            if answer == "attack":
                print("that was not the gratest idea, you lost!")
            else:
                print("good choice, you made it away safly.")

here is some of the code and it asking the user if they want to go left or right and if they go left they encounter a monster and are ask to run or attack it with one of them leading to a game over
